Just recently, it’s been announced that Rocksteady’s Blockbuster hit, Batman: Arkham City will have a “Game of the Year” edition released on May 29th. Took them long enough! This game deserves everything.

The “Game of the Year” edition of the game will come with the “Harley Quinn’s Revenge” expansion pack that hosts two-hours of fresh new gameplay as well as the Robin, Nightwing, and Catwoman character packs. You also get a downloadable HD copy of the movie, “Batman Year One.” That’s like adding ice cream on top of the already-delicious cake! If you haven’t played Arkham City, you really should pick this up. The game has all my recommendations and is enjoyable towards a wide-range of gamers especially those that like that sandbox-actiony style of gameplay. I mean, there’s a reason they’re releasing a “Game of the Year” edition if you catch my drift.

Batman: Arkham City “Game of the Year” edition will launch on May 29th, 2012 for all its current gaming platforms. There’s no word on a retail price yet but expect anywhere between $40 to $60 which would still be a deal with all the content you’ll be receiving. However, if all you’re interested in is the Harley Quinn expansion, that will launch on April 30th as DLC. Click the jumper to watch the video!

It was an amazing game, well worth the buy. I got it on steam for like $25 during  the New year sell, even though I got it for the xbox for Christmas.
