Looking for the perfect gift for that gaming buddy who's graduating next month?  How about some Plants vs Zombies merchandise?  Popcap recently announced that they have set up a virtual zombie horde of partnership deals that will allow for the production of some incredibly adorable items that spread from plushies to tshirts and even wall decals.

I cannot express to you how excited I am at this announcement.  There are few games I have clocked more hours in than PvZ.  I am not ashamed to admit that I have played it on multiple platforms, redoing the same content over and over for the simple joy of spending time with this brilliant IP.  Now I can not only play the game, but wear it in a room filled with plushies with zombies decking the walls, while sitting on a wallet that hopes to eat my brains. 

All of these items will be available at the start of 2013.  I'm off to consult the Tree of Wisdom as to how to have the patience to wait.
