Today, I ran across what might be the most ambitious game i've ever seen. And even if it actually isn't, it's definitely way up there. Cloud Imperium's Star Citizen aims to create a whole virtual universe where the player can choose what to do and play pretty much exactly how they want in an environment that is "alive." Every inch of detail has been added to this game and the goal is to become the most immersive PC game to have ever been created and ultimately push the boundaries of PC gaming.

Star Citizen is a sci-fi game where players can explore, fight, and do as they please. In the video by Chris Roberts, he mentions you can play the game like any gamer would which is to fly around and shoot people and what not. But you can also choose to be a merchant or even an explorer and go out and discover parts of the live-action universe that no one has been to yet and name them after yourself. Essentially, the game is going to become a second universe. Scary, no?
