Sledgehammer has decided to give all attendees of the XP event a free copy of their Call of Duty game!Free stuff, why not?

Looks like Sledgehammer games has decided that everyone attending the Call of Duty XP Event will receive a free copy of Modern Warfare 3 Hardened Edition! Gives people even more of a reason to go now.

Priced at $150 for both days (September 2^nd and 3^rd), COD fans were hesitant to jump on the bandwagon just to enjoy a Call of Duty version of BlizzCon. However, now you technically get $80 off which is a big incentive to go especially if you were planning to purchase the game anyways. If you’re a huge COD fan as I am, just go! You get to paintball in a life-sized replica of Scrapyard from MW2 and wrestle each other in juggernaut suits.

Attendees will receive a promotional code at the event that will be redeemable on the games launch on November 8^th, 2011
