It looks like this guy is having a bad day, like a Christine sort of bad day.  This image is from LocoCycle, a game where you don't control the driver, you control a sentient motorcycle named I.R.I.S.  The driver is actually a weapon you use to whack your enemies and score points.  Yes, you're right, that is awesome.
