We've heard about this for a while, but today was the first day that Google+ users were actually able to log in and play games on the social networking site. This was one of the features I was missing most from Google+, since I'm not really a social (networking) butterfly like some of my friends. I liked playing games on Facebook, but hated the forced interaction parts. It's perfectly fine if you reward me for playing with my friends, but the minute you keep me from completing a major task in your game until I trick 20 friends into joining the cause, you've lost me. I'm looking at you Zynga.
Games on Google+ have their own stream, which is handy, and currently feature titles like EA's Dragon Age Legends and wooga's Diamond Dash. No doubt there will be a ton more time wasters coming to Google+. Lets just hope they keep the interaction to a tolerable "social" level (*snicker*) or else I'm afraid my love affair with casual gaming is officially over.
If you are a Google+ user you can check out the games on your account today. If you aren't a Google+ user but what to know what all the fuss is about, you can create an account and start playing games today.
