The Endowment program is a non-profit organization that helps provide returning Armed Forces veterans with job placement, training, and the transition back to civilian life.

“There are over 508,000 unemployed veterans between the ages of 18 and 64” says the bureau of labor statistics. That’s a lot of people to add on to our already relatively high unemployment rate. The ones that do come-back make significantly less than non-veterans at about $5736 less per year. The dip is even higher for vets with college degrees who make $9527 less per year on average than non-veterans with college degrees.
