The reveals keep on coming for Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3. This time, everyone’s favorite lawyer, Phoenix Wright, is getting the spotlight on Capcom’s side, along with the fiery Nova representing Marvel.

Nova looks like a fairly capable character, with his speed and abundance of overhead attacks for mixup shenanigans. If anything, he seems to be a more versatile version of the other Phoenix, having more health and less reliance on getting full meter. Wright, meanwhile, looks to have every aspect of a joke character possible. Not that I didn’t see it coming, but his low health, low attack, and silly looking combos is definitely pegging him as the Dan Hibiki of the game. His level 3 is his lone defining factor, if only because of how hilarious it is to see someone like Dr. Doom cower in fear while being interrogated. At least the fans finally got what they wanted, right?
