Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom comes out next week, and a lot of people are asking the same question: how badly did Capcom screw my favorite character over this time around? Turns out the one-and-only Maximilian decided to do everyone asking this a favor and put together a video series describing each of the changes to the returning characters.

So far there are four videos out, all of which details Marvel’s side of the roster, with another set for Capcom’s characters coming soon. Phoenix got several heavy nerfs, but Max claims she’s still good if only because of the X Factor changes (you can activate it in the air now). Meanwhile, Dr. Doom and Spiderman got some crazy new tricks, all of which are highlighted in their respective videos. Check out all the changes after the jump.
