Blog Post

2011 is tumbling toward its end.  For the game industry it might as well already be 2012.  The Holiday crush is over, the games the developers have pushed to get into gamers' hands are already in consoles, PCs, and handhelds across the world, racking up their achievements.  Now is the time to start contemplating the future, and as we begin the last week of 2011, I naturally look toward 2012.

So here's my question:  What games are you most anticipating next year?  Extra points if its a little known release.  Extra extra points if its Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning -- mostly because that's my pick.

Im looking forward to Reckoning AND Diablo III :P Even though Im in the D3 beta, it is less a beta and more a prolonged teaser with how little content they are letting players access.

My second pick is BioShock Infinite, and it's a very close second I can tell you.

Does peek-a-boo count?

I've tried to think of a game that I've truly been salivating over and I am drawing a big ol' blank. There are a few that look "neat" but nothing that has blown me away and had me longing for more.

Friggin'... Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.

"Hey look! Ken is waiting for our game! Let's delay it to Holiday 2013 to polish our already finished game, I think one of the character models has a shade of tan that's too light... :D"

Ghost Recon Future Soldier. I would say Diablo 3, but my computer would explode if I tried to run it.
