Today Dungeon Siege III landed in stores across North America, adding a new contender to the Action RPG battle for supremacy.  Developed by Obsidian Entertainment and published by Square Enix, DSIII features co-op RPG gameplay for the PC as well as the PS3 and Xbox 360.  This is the first time that a Dungeon Siege title has been available for consoles, which should make many fans of the series giddy with joy.

Dungeon Siege III is built around a robust storyline, they tell us, that is affected by player choice in the way we've come to expect from modern Action RPGs.  What I saw of the game at E3 was impressive, and I am really looking forward to following the story of the 10th Legion as they battle their way to redemption in the kingdom of Ehb.  Look for our review of the game here on Game Geex as soon as we get our hands on our copy.
