If there's one thing that Soul Calibur IV lacked that many people can agree on, it was any relevance of a plot. Namco Bandai is working on fixing that with SCV, and they're starting things off with a recently released trailer that details the events that transpired in the closing moments of its predecessor. 

The trailer shows both Nightmare and Seigfried duking it out with Soul Edge and Soul Calibur, respectively. And while it ends on a bit of a cliffhanger, the battle is nothing short of dramatic. Check it out after the jump.
