I know you.  You've been looking for a game that combines The Lost Vikings and Maniac Mansion.  You've been searching high and low, but really, you weren't searching low enough.  Today Double Fine announced The Cave, a game built for adventures lovers like you.

The cast of characters is almost as goofy as they are eclectic, and that includes the narrator -- who happens to be the cave itself.  Itself, mind you.  Check out the trailer for yourself after the jump.

The Cave will be released sometime in 2013 for the PC.
