Tekken Producer Katsuhiro Harada posted a new trailer for the upcoming Tekken Tag Tournament 2 on his Facebook earlier, and while I was never much of a Tekken fan, I have to admit, it looks pretty awesome.

The trailer shows off one of the mechanics to be used in the game, the Tag Assault system. We see the characters and their partners taking part in various actions, whether it’s switching characters in mid-combo, having a partner come in as an assist, performing a double team attack, or bailing a partner out of said double team (we see Marduk preventing King from being on the receiving end of a two-man suplex). The idea is to make fights that much more dynamic, while emphasizing the team aspect of the game. You think it’s working so far?
